The highest point in Curitiba. That’s the bold promise that GT Building is set to deliver upon with the completion of OÁS: a 50-story high-rise designed for the luxury market in Curitiba, Southern Brazil, offering a fresh perspective of the city’s skyline.

Beyond its towering height, this development will provide an unforgettable experience for future residents, with attention to detail evident from the very beginning in the prospectus.

For the OÁS launch campaign, we departed from the typical approach of real estate developers and crafted a Limited Edition Noble-Book: a notebook filled with exclusive insights and featuring a design inspired by international fashion magazines.

In addition to street media carrying the same visual vibe as the book, the campaign also featured a manifesto-film unlike anything you’ve seen in the real estate market, adding value to the apartment that goes far beyond square footage.
